Version 0.4.14.1 hotfix released

After all the double-checking I did for this major update, I apparently never thought to click more than once on the opening splash screen. And it turns out that every single click made before the splash screen ends would generate another menu, playing its own music, as its own scene. Great.

I took the opportunity to tweak two new things as well. In 0.4.14.0, custom judge voices would overwrite the score blip for that judge. Now, both will play together by default, but this can be disabled in the judge config with a new setting. Additionally for menus, the audio for a video file will replace the menu music, but this can now be disabled in the menu config, which will instead mute the video and play the pack's music.
